Forma Innovations has acquired Sofco

Forma Innovations, the owner of Retail Manager Solutions, StoreSpace®, Prosper and CADS, has acquired Sofco.

The move strengthens Forma's position in mission-critical retail software. The group now offers deeper capability across demand and supply chain planning, built for retail and shaped by real operational needs.
